Home Up Frame Fabric Pieces Putting up a Japanese Tent What I learned
 
Japanese tents were not typically used for sleeping in during the Sengoku Jidai.  And, they were mainly constructed with a simple frame and Jinmaku.  I chose to build one that represents what all could have been built, and used, during that time.  I started out sewing all the fabric pieces together first.  Then I built the frame to the final dimensions of the finished fabric pieces.
